Step 3:  Create a record for each competitor you wish to manage. Select “**CREATE NEW competitor record…” from the pull down list. This is where you create a new competitor record, or you link an existing competitor to your account (Step 4).
Step 4: Or add an existing competitor to your account If the person already has entries, find out their tracking number at this page: Tracking Number Finder and enter it on the screen below as the “tracking number”. If you put a valid number, the rest of their information should appear.  Verify that you got the right person, because some name may appear twice.
Step 5: Add Events Now follow the onscreen instructions to sign up for events.  The lists will change as you make selections. Note:  Paso and Bolero are listed under syllabus.  Any level may compete in these events as long as only syllabus steps are used. Then you can click on "Go to Account to review entries..." to proceed to Account Summary.
Step 6: Reserve tickets and passes Every competitor will need a competitor pass to compete.  Admission to the ballroom is included. Don't forget to also reserve your space for the Sunday morning workshops.  They will sell out.  Notice in this example the Lady reserved an all-workshops pass while the Man chose to reserve only two of the workshops.  Both have reserved competitor passes.  And, believe it or not, we still do not charge an additional fee per event!
