2) Try out our classes

Come see what we're all about first hand.

Try attending both the social club and the competition team. If you have never danced before, attend the newcomer/beginner classes. If you have some experience, come talk to us about where you belong.

3) Choose Social or Competitive Membership

Are you in it to meet people, learn a few cool steps and hit the dancefloor, or are you more interested in perfecting the craft and joining one of the nations top teams for intensity of competition? No experience is needed to join either group.

Note: The team application form mentions USABDA membership, but USABDA membership is not required for team members until the Ohio Star Ball trip.

6) Pay Dues and Start Dancing

There are two levels of membership:
- 2008 Social Club Dues $40
- 2008 Competition Team Dues $80
(Includes Social Club Membership)

Why this is a good value:
We bring in Professional US Dance Champion coaches to teach, so you know your time will be well spent.
Out in the "real world", ballroom is an expensive sport. A group class costs about $15 per hour, and a private lesson at least $85. Alumni of the team often stay in West Lafayette to enjoy this opportunity to learn dancing.
